The Garden
Collective
The Garden Collective is our unique take on the standard CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).
Eastbound's start was in small scale agriculture. Our owner has a passion for growing food, educating people about where their food comes from, and changing the local community.
Nearly ten years later and a decade of experience in small scale agriculture Eastbound is now taking a different approach and redefining the meaning of a farm and how food is produced. Eastbound manages a number of small scale gardens and farms locally and combines all the produce grown at each garden/farm to provide a weekly share that is delivered right to your front door.
Our Garden Collective runs from May until November and is delivered or picked up weekly (25 weeks) on Thursday.
Our Garden Collective members receive weekly emails with a "what's included" list, and recipes or help on how to use the ingredients within the share.
Space is limited each year, and registration begins in November.
If someone you know has a garden that they would like to add to Eastbound's Garden Collective please feel free to get in touch as we try to expand our Collective and change the local food available in our community.
